Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
• Conduct inspections of rooms, corridors, and back-of-house areas, providing feedback and training where needed
• Coordinate daily room assignments and workload for room attendants and housekeeping assistants
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing inventory, stock control, and ordering of cleaning supplies and linen
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction
• Train, motivate, and support team members to achieve departmental goals and uphold brand standards
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role
• At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management position
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, housekeeping procedures, and health and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills

Familiarity with housekeeping management software
