Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our lovely team at Delamere Forest. Work in one of the UK’s most stunning woodland locations, developing your skills while leading a team that provides outstanding service and sparkling-clean cabins for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing support and motivation to the Housekeeping Team to ensure high morale and productivity
  • Delivering adequate training to the team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to meet our high standards
  • Ensuring each cabin is stocked with the correct inventory and meets our cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Conducting basic health and safety checks, such as inspecting smoke alarms and fire extinguishers
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of cabin cleanliness, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping/ cleaning position, or similar is essential
  • Experience leading a team
  • A passion for the outdoors and motivation throughout all weather conditions
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues
  • A willingness to get involved, take initiative, and support the team as needed
  • Attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to our high standards
  • A desire to work outdoors in a natural setting and contribute to the teams success
