Job Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano, in Italy! This role reports to Director of Housekeeping, and will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry department; assuring that our guest rooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and who delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the overall operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry department
Assure guest rooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness
Ensure Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development
Control costs without compromising quality
Deliver the highest of standards consistently
Lead guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Accommodate special requests wherever possible
Budget and assure the financial goals of the department are met
Establish and maintain cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment

Requirements:

Experience in luxury hospitality operations
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Exceptional eye for detail
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
Possess the legal right to work in Italy
Fluency in English and Italian
