The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Housekeeping leadership team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the property. This role ensures that guest rooms and public areas consistently meet luxury service expectations while supervising daily operations, guiding the team, and delivering exceptional attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to guarantee cleanliness, maintenance standards, and brand presentation are consistently achieved
Support the coordination of room assignments, priorities, and special requests in collaboration with the Front Desk and other departments
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and equipment to ensure proper usage, availability, and cost control
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, professionally, and with a strong service-oriented approach
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards at all times
Assist with onboarding and training of new employees, maintaining brand standards and operational procedures
Support deep cleaning programs, special projects, and VIP room preparations when required
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation excellence
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a diverse team
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities
A guest-focused mindset and passion for delivering high-quality service
Basic knowledge of housekeeping systems, procedures, and safety standards
Fluency in Spanish and English
Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
