Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team
  • inspect rooms, rentals, and common areas
  • organize schedules and assign tasks according to occupancy levels and operational needs
  • manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
  • oversee bedding deliveries and ensure proper stock levels at all times
  • train, support, and motivate team members
  • foster a positive team spirit and strong attention to detail
  • collaborate closely with other departments to deliver a smooth and exceptional guest experience

Requirements:

  • Experienced in housekeeping
  • ideally with prior supervisory or team-leading responsibilities
  • highly organized and detail-oriented
  • strong commitment to quality and cleanliness
  • responsive and solution-oriented
  • capable of managing priorities and adapting to operational needs
  • friendly and service-minded
