The ability to follow proper payroll and key procedures

The ability to monitor and direct progress of Room Attendants in rooms that are undergoing deep cleaning
The ability to maintain the upkeep of all room draperies, carpet cleaning, sheets, bed skirts, throw cushions and furniture refinishing
The ability to participate in controlling equipment’s and labour cost while maintaining quality standards
The ability to schedule and participate in departmental meetings
The ability to make sure housekeeping storage areas and closets are kept in an orderly and clean fashion
The ability to inspect armoires to ensure all items is stocked in orderly fashion and in sufficient quantities
The ability to handle all lost and found items according to procedure
The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation

The ability to ensure the Minibar team carries out their tasks in accordance with the standards of Four Seasons

Requirements
High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Poses an affinity for guest service
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Must be comfortable around chemicals, machines and have the ability to learn their operation
Have a firm knowledge of housekeeping operations and must have a minimum of 2-3 year of experience as a in a similar role in an international hotel or resort
Ability to lift up to 60lbs
Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia and English
Able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands and needs
Must have the right to work in Malaysia
