Job Description:

The Guestroom/Turndown Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level. The Guest room/Turndown Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team. The Guest room/Turndown Attendant provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cleans and performs turndown services in guest rooms to exacting standards
  • cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room
  • Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turns music on, and prepares bed
  • Restocks towels and used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, etc
  • Prepared unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
  • Interact with guests making them feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, accommodating any special requests

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent experiences
  • Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping or equivalent with Four Seasons or another organization
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge and the ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Ability to understand and working knowledge of English
  • Hold a valid driving license in order to operate golf carts and have a clean driving record
  • Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts
