Job Responsibility

  • Clean guest rooms and suites following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards
  • Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens
  • Prepare assigned rooms for turndown guests
  • Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms as assigned
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays

Requirements

  • knowledge of housekeeping with good communication skills
  • physical mobility as lifting, walking, bending and moving objects up to 50 lbs
  • speaking, writing and reading English
  • positive attitude and willing to learn
  • flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
