Job Responsibility

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and general upkeep
Ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, doors, and other public fixtures are clean and free of marks
Clean and maintain service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms through sweeping, mopping, and dusting
Remove trash and debris from all assigned public and back-of-house areas
Inspect and clean lobby restrooms throughout the shift, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well maintained
Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, hand towels, and guest amenities
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in public spaces, offering assistance in a professional and courteous manner
Provide directions and answer general guest questions to support a welcoming lobby experience
