We’re looking for a hands-on, inspiring Housekeeping Manager to lead our team, lift standards, and bring our culture of warm, genuine hospitality to life.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a passionate Housekeeping team
  • Managing rosters, recruitment and payroll with confidence
  • Keeping a close eye on budgets and costs while maintaining quality
  • Keeping daily housekeeping operations running smoothly and efficiently, including involvement in team recruitment activity
  • Setting and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service
  • Working collaboratively with other departments for overall resort success

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience, with strong housekeeping expertise
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to build an engaged, happy team
  • A hands-on approach! You’re not afraid to step in and help when needed
  • A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable stays
  • Strong organisation skills, great attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Experience managing budgets, costs and operational efficiencies
  • Confidence using office systems and technology
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
