We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – Red Sea. This role is responsible for leading the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across the resort.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry
Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas
Train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service
Manage schedules, staffing levels, and departmental budgets
Coordinate with Engineering and Front Office to ensure seamless operations
Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage supplies effectively
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager
Resort experience is highly preferred
Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
