Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – Red Sea. This role is responsible for leading the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across the resort.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry
  • Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas
  • Train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage schedules, staffing levels, and departmental budgets
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Front Office to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage supplies effectively
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager
  • Resort experience is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
