As a Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for one of the most important departments in our hotel. Together with your team, you ensure that the hotel always presents itself at its very best. With your eye for detail and high quality standards, you create the foundation for outstanding guest experiences.
Job Responsibility
Overall responsibility for the Housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality
Plan, manage and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including external contractors
Ensure compliance with brand standards and internal quality guidelines and continuously improve them
Conduct inspections of guest rooms, VIP rooms and public areas to maintain an exceptional appearance
Manage resources efficiently and optimize operational processes
Work closely with other departments and the management team as a key interface within the hotel
Handle administrative tasks in the housekeeping office, including reporting and documentation
Coordinate maintenance activities, create repair requests and ensure proper follow-up
Manage lost & found processes according to internal procedures
Support onboarding of new employees and contribute to the development of your team
Requirements
Several years of experience in Housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong attention to detail and high quality standards
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
High service orientation and sense of responsibility
Experience with external service providers is an advantage
Good command of German and English
