Job Description:

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Housekeeping Manager in Croatia located in Dalmatia. You will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas. You will oversee and develop the housekeeping team, manage schedules and inventories, and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Leading and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department
Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas
Overseeing and developing the housekeeping team
Managing schedules and inventories
Collaborating with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Collaborating with the General Manager in defining the proposed budget for the housekeeping department
Ensuring effective workforce planning, including staff scheduling, accurate recording of working hours, annual leave and days off
Supervising the upkeep and maintenance of hotel furniture, fixtures, and inventory
Monitoring and managing departmental expenses to ensure cost efficiency
Organizing and supervising monthly inventories of linens, cleaning supplies, and operating equipment

Requirements:

High school diploma or vocational qualification (SSS)
Minimum of three years of experience in hospitality
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in both English and Croatian
Must be from a European Union country
