Housekeeping Manager

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, guaranteeing impeccable service and cleanliness throughout the hotel
• Develop, implement, and refine efficient housekeeping procedures and standards to optimize performance
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-functioning team
• Work in partnership with Front Office/Guest Services, Reservations and F&B to ensure guest’s needs are determined/met and oversee the overall smooth operation of housekeeping department
• Conduct full daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with our cleanliness standards
• Supervise inventory control for linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies to maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure that all set policies, procedures, best practices are in place and rigorously enforced
• Instill a cost-focused philosophy through training and education

• Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within a large hotel or hospitality environment
• Pre-opening experience is essential
• Ability to effectively use electronic devices, including PCs, email platforms, and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A strong commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
• Meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
