As the Housekeeping Manager at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire housekeeping operation across the resort and private villas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and luxury service are consistently delivered. In this leadership role, you will manage and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the exceptional standards synonymous with Four Seasons. Your focus will be on ensuring that guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness and comfort, creating a flawless and welcoming environment for our guests.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the entire housekeeping operation across the resort and private villas
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and luxury service are consistently delivered
Manage and inspire the housekeeping team
Develop and manage daily operational plans, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation
Assign responsibilities based on operational needs, team strengths, and guest preferences
Ensure seamless coordination between housekeeping, front office, engineering, and other departments
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, villas, public spaces, and facilities
Oversee training, coaching, and performance development for the housekeeping team
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Manage daily operations, resolving challenges and ensuring service excellence.
Requirements:
College degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory housekeeping role within a luxury hotel or resort environment
Previous experience managing villa or resort housekeeping operations is highly preferred
Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality standards, and luxury service delivery
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort environment
Proficiency in operating hotel systems and computer applications
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

Previous experience managing villa or resort housekeeping operations is highly preferred
