Housekeeping Manager

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to uphold Four Seasons quality standards
• Personally check VIP, Elite, and repeat guest rooms to ensure personalized service and maintenance excellence
• Support inventory management of cleaning supplies and amenities, maintaining accurate stock records
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations
• Lead and coach the housekeeping team, providing ongoing performance feedback and development

• Relevant experience in a management role within Housekeeping
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Hands-on approach with proven ability to manage teams and deliver high standards
• Knowledge of hotel operations and prior experience in a unionized environment is an asset
