We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing teams, coordinating daily operations, and driving efficient, high-quality service across the property.
Job Responsibility
Lead and drive all housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across the property
Enforce strict quality control through regular inspections of rooms and public areas
Build, coach, and manage a high-performing housekeeping team to achieve operational excellence
Plan manpower, optimize scheduling, and manage inventories efficiently to control costs
Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring service recovery and satisfaction
Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment is required
Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage, motivate, and hold teams accountable
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
High level of organization, planning, and operational discipline
