Job Description:

Housekeeping Manager position at Marriott Executive Apartments Shanghai Zhangjiang responsible for ensuring quality standards in room cleaning, managing daily housekeeping activities, coordinating with other departments, and supervising housekeeping staff.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool after cleaning to ensure quality standards
Run sold room reports and verify room status
Determine discrepant rooms and prioritize room cleaning
Update status of departing guest rooms
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments
Complete required paperwork
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
