Requirements:
Operational & Room Management: oversee daily housekeeping operations including shift opening/closing, room inspections (occupied, vacant, departures), timely room release to reception, VIP readiness, DND compliance, deep cleaning, and ensuring rooms and corridors meet brand standards
Team Supervision & Performance: supervise room attendants and housekeeping associates, provide guidance and corrective action, conduct briefings, 15‑minute trainings, 1:1 meetings, appraisals, and maintain discipline while supporting staff welfare, health, safety, and development
Training, Standards & Compliance: coordinate onboarding, training, and orientation, maintain training records, ensure adherence to hotel policies, cleaning procedures, chemical usage, environmental practices, and consistently apply service and product standards
Maintenance, Inventory & Security: report and follow up on maintenance issues, damaged fixtures, hazards, lost property, inventories, equipment care, fire safety, hotel security, and ensure service areas, stores, and trolleys are clean, secure, and properly maintained
Guest Service & Interdepartmental Coordination: ensure guest requests and complaints are handled promptly and professionally, maintain effective communication with other departments, support high team morale, demonstrate knowledge of hotel facilities, and uphold a polite, guest‑focused service culture
