Job Description:

The House Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. This role is part of the Housekeeping department reporting into the Housekeeping Management Team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant
  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest

Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays is ideal
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

  • Polish furniture and fixtures
  • Make sofa beds upon guest’s requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and re-stock all storage rooms with required linen and supplies
  • Assist in laundry room with washing/drying, folding, ironing, and stocking shelves of linen

  • As assigned, complete deep cleans of the guest rooms and projects assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or General Manager
