The House Attendant plays an essential role in ensuring the hotel remains clean, organized, and meticulously maintained. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you support the daily operations of the department by assisting Room Attendants, maintaining guest areas, and helping to uphold the exceptional standards of comfort and luxury that define the Four Seasons experience.
Job Responsibility:
Support Room Attendants by delivering supplies, restocking amenities, and ensuring all linen and guest-room items remain readily available
Remove trash, debris, and used items from guest rooms and corridors to maintain cleanliness and flow of operations
Ensure guest floors, corridors, and service areas remain clean, orderly, and presentable at all times
Assist with Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant responsibilities during heavy business volumes or staffing needs
Identify opportunities to personalize each guest’s experience through thoughtful, proactive service
Uphold all Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest care
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and a highly motivated work ethic
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
