Job Description

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the House Attendant plays a pivotal role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment with responsibilities including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.

Job Responsibility

  • Clean furniture, carpets, ash urns and doors
  • Maintain cleanliness of stairwells and corridors by sweeping, dusting, and mopping
  • Employ proper use and maintenance of all equipment and supplies
  • Operate, clean, and maintain oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer in villa
  • Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping
  • Move beds and furniture as requested
  • Put on bed skirts, turn mattresses, and remove or hang sheers and drapes
  • Remove trash and soiled linens as requested
  • Resupply guest rooms supplies and armoires daily
  • Deliver linen from Meadows to the linen closets, including armoires, as needed
  • Inventory and ensure the cleanliness of the linen closets
  • Offer assistance to guests when requested and as needed
  • Deliver and pick-up guest request items when assigned (i.e. irons, ironing boards). This includes making up and delivering cribs and sofa beds
  • Respond properly to any Residence Club emergency or safety situation
  • Operate a golf cart
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management or staff

Requirements

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
