The House Attendant is an essential member of the Housekeeping team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The House Attendant is also responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel.
Job Responsibility
Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms
Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant
Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
Requirements
High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Strong communication skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
