Job Description:

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. The House Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked
  • Removing trash and debris from the rooms
  • Maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms
  • Assist with transporting rollaway beds and other larger items requested by guests
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant
  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
  • Responding promptly to guest requests for additional items such as rollaway beds, cribs, and extra pillows
  • Assisting with room setups for children’s amenities and VIP guests
  • Maintaining cleanliness of lanai furniture and windows

Requirements:

  • Legal work authorization in United States
  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to push/pull as needed during shifts
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Weekend availability required
  • Holiday availability required
