Job Responsibility

Ensuring all guest rooms and amenities have been properly cleaned, polished, dusted, sanitized, and supplied daily
Making beds, changing sheets, and vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
Picking up debris and emptying trash containers
Providing turndown service
Handling and reporting any lost and found items
Providing clean towels and toiletries for guests
Cleaning and disinfecting Resort elevators
Properly handling 'Do Not Disturb' and Guest requests
Providing guests with basic information on the facility and the amenities available
Cleaning changing rooms and showers
