The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is looking for a Housekeeping Guest Experience Agent. As a member of the Rooms Division, the Housekeeping Guest Experience Agent works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.
Job Responsibility:
Check room status through HotSOS and enter the room according to the procedure
Restock the linens
Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens etc.
Delivering Guest request item
Setting up the items based on the guest request/preference prior to arrival
Rooms decoration for guests who are coming to celebrate special occasions i.e. Anniversary/Birthday/Honeymoon
Delivering missing items to the room to let SV be able to release the room
Collecting trash
Collecting requested items from checking out rooms
Checking the lost and found item and filling out the Lost and Found sheet before bringing items to security
Searching Lost and Found
OSE maintenance such as Humidifier/Dryer etc.
Delivering and picking up Guest laundry
Setting up and removing SBS(Sofa Bed) and EXB (Extra Bed)
Weekly and monthly item inventory
Storage organization
Supporting ENG maintenance
Turn Down Operation when busy
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Housekeeping / Housekeeping Manager
