Job Description

The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is looking for a Housekeeping Guest Experience Agent. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Rooms Division, the Housekeeping Guest Experience Agent works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Check room status through HotSOS and enter the room according to the procedure
  • Restock the linens
  • Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens etc.
  • Delivering Guest request item
  • Setting up the items based on the guest request/preference prior to arrival
  • Rooms decoration for guests who are coming to celebrate special occasions i.e. Anniversary/Birthday/Honeymoon
  • Delivering missing items to the room to let SV be able to release the room
  • Collecting trash
  • Collecting requested items from checking out rooms
  • Checking the lost and found item and filling out the Lost and Found sheet before bringing items to security
  • Searching Lost and Found
  • OSE maintenance such as Humidifier/Dryer etc.
  • Delivering and picking up Guest laundry
  • Setting up and removing SBS(Sofa Bed) and EXB (Extra Bed)
  • Weekly and monthly item inventory
  • Storage organization
  • Supporting ENG maintenance
  • Turn Down Operation when busy
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Housekeeping / Housekeeping Manager
