Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (Non-Management) position at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi. The role involves supervising housekeeping operations, ensuring hotel standards are met, and providing exceptional guest service.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and all departments
Assist in all areas of Housekeeping as assigned
Assist in other areas of the department as needed
Require communication skills in both Japanese and English

Check the room status and assign the designated Room Attendant
Inspect rooms cleaned by assigned room attendants using a designated checklist
Ensure rooms meet hotel standards and follow up on any corrections
Complete maintenance work orders and report to the housekeeping coordinator
Contact directly for urgent repairs
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for housekeeping items or additional supplies and follow up on delivery and return
Keep all guest corridors and BOH pantries clean and organized
Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving, reviewing any follow-up items with the manager or next shift supervisor
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Assistant Manager or Director of Housekeeping
Check all room amenities and items, reporting any issues to the Housekeeping Assistant Manager
Verify amenity quantities and ensure correct ordering
Requirements:
High School education or equivalent experience
1–2 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hospitality brand is preferred
Strong communication and writing skills in both Japanese and English (Business level) required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing and delivering reports
Apply an ethical and professional approach in all situations
Plan and manage duties effectively to maximize contribution to the hotel’s objectives
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with peers and supervisors
Demonstrate strong multitasking skills
Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner
Require flexibility in schedule to accomplish all key responsibilities
Ability to operate fax, copier, telephone, and calculator
Knowledge and ability to use computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment use
