Job Description:

Housekeeping Executive position at The Westin Mumbai Garden City responsible for inspecting cleaned areas, managing room status, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in employee management while ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool after cleaning
Run sold room reports and verify room status
Determine discrepant rooms and prioritize cleaning
Update status of departing guest rooms
Assist Housekeeping management in daily activities
Coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Prepare and distribute room assignments
Complete required paperwork
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees
Follow company safety and security policies
Report maintenance problems and safety hazards
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards
Address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop positive working relationships
Move, lift, carry objects up to 55 pounds
Push and pull loaded housekeeping cart
Perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
