Job Description

You will ensure we provide good housekeeping services; by coordinating with the site vendors for services like landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, facade cleaning, housekeeping machines, cleaning material, cradle machine etc. You will also be assisting Team Manager /Property Manager with any assigned projects and providing backup as and when required.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate with site vendors for services like landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, facade cleaning, housekeeping machines, cleaning material, cradle machine etc
  • Assist Team Manager/Property Manager with assigned projects
  • Take daily property rounds
  • Coordinate with team to close matters related to cleaning
  • Maintain daily/monthly reports (DMR and MMR)
  • Schedule weekly vendor meetings
  • Maintain/prepare monthly attendance summary record for salary
  • Ensure customer queries are investigated and resolved
  • Develop and mentor new and subordinate vendor staff
  • Assist in improving and monitoring procedures for cost-effective services
  • Assist in preparing documentation of standard policies and procedures
  • Plan, schedule, inspect and assign work to subordinate supervisors/teams
  • Manage landscaping and gardening
  • Regularly brief all staff regarding duties and work areas
  • Prepare and implement various checklists
  • Ensure housekeeping staff is well groomed
  • Monitor cleaning standards
  • Ensure janitor closets and storage areas are maintained
  • Take customer feedback

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma or relevant educational background in hotel management/hospitality
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer-oriented service outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
