Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, families, and staff
  • Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to meet infection control and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with facility standards and regulations
  • Manage budgets, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the housekeeping department
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve housekeeping operations

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting, preferably in a housekeeping or facilities management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
  • Occasional lifting, bending, and standing required
