Job Responsibility
Oversee and coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, families, and staff
Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and organization
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to meet infection control and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with facility standards and regulations
Manage budgets, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the housekeeping department
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve housekeeping operations
Requirements
Prior experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting, preferably in a housekeeping or facilities management role
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
Occasional lifting, bending, and standing required
