The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is searching for a Housekeeping Coordinator. The position assists the guests with any requests, or questions throughout the day. Works closely with Housekeeping Supervisors or Managers.
Job Responsibility:
Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s requests according to Four Seasons Standards
Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to Supervisors or Management
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Coordinate request deliver by ensuring that all requests are received, filed, ordered and delivered in a prompt and accurate fashion
Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Requirements:
Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays
Minimum one year working within hospitality or related field
Ability to communicate professional and accurately via telephone
Ability to count and record accurately
Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
