Job Description:

Coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure room cleanliness and guest satisfaction; develop positive relationships with colleagues and guests; maintain adherence to company policies and standards; perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 10 pounds

Job Responsibility:

Run sold room reports and prioritize room cleaning
assist housekeeping management in daily activities
act as a liaison with other departments including Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
document and resolve room discrepancies with the Front Desk
prepare and distribute room assignments
ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned in time and manage ‘Do Not Disturb’ rooms
complete required housekeeping paperwork
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
comply with safety and security policies

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
