Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join our incredible team and contribute to creating a welcoming and pristine experience for our guests. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to upholding our high standards of service. Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Job Responsibility:
The ability to answer telephones and communicate with guests and employees alike in a professional and timely manner
The ability to operate several computer systems at once to field guest requests, check on rushed rooms, communicate with housekeepers and runners, confirm traces on reservations, etc.
Knowledge of housekeeping items to offer to guests in order to make their stay more comfortable
The ability to solve problems directed to housekeeping and inform a manager of the issue
The ability to help with opening procedures such as key retrieval, room assignments and unlock all work areas of the day
Requirements:
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
The ability to multi-task on several assignments at once
The ability to operate computer equipment and several other computer programs
The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests
Six months to a year experience in housekeeping or a related field
High school degree or equivalent preferred
Bi-lingual in Spanish
Successful candidates must posses legal United States work authorization
