Versed in phone etiquette and guest interactions
2 years of Housekeeping Coordinator and/or Supervisory experience in luxury hotel preferred
Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task

Job Responsibility

Ensure that all employee and guest phone calls are handled appropriately, all guest rooms are cleaned, all guest requests are met and all arriving traces are in the room prior to guest arrival
