Job Description:

Housekeeping Clerk position at The Westin Wenzhou responsible for coordinating room cleaning activities, managing room status reports, and acting as liaison between various hotel departments to ensure efficient housekeeping operations.

Job Responsibility:

Run sold room reports
Verify room status
Determine discrepant rooms
Prioritize room cleaning
Update status of departing guest rooms
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Desk
Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff
Record, monitor, and update list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms
Ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by necessary time
Assign rush rooms and rooms previously on 'Do Not Disturb' list
Complete required Housekeeping paperwork

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
