Job Description:

Housekeeping Clerk position at AC Hotel by Marriott Hangzhou responsible for transporting linen carts, replenishing linens, cleaning and organizing storage areas, and maintaining hotel cleanliness standards while providing excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Transport linen carts with clean laundry
Replenish linens in linen rooms
Return cart to designated area at end of shift
Clean and organize storage areas
Identify and report maintenance issues
Follow safety and security policies
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Assist individuals with disabilities
Maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations

Requirements:

Transport linen carts with clean laundry from laundry room to storage rooms on each floor
Replenish linens in the linen rooms based on linen distribution form
Clean and organize items stored in laundry room, supply/storage closets, linen room, and/or uniform room
Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Complete safety training and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance and in excess of 55 pounds with assistance
Ability to push and pull work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift
Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
