Job Description:

Housekeeping Clerk position at Shanghai Marriott Hotel Yangpu Riverside. Responsible for coordinating housekeeping operations, managing room status, and ensuring quality standards while maintaining positive working relationships and providing excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Run sold room reports
Verify room status
Determine discrepant rooms
Prioritize room cleaning
Update status of departing guest rooms
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Prepare and distribute room assignments
Record, monitor, and update 'Do Not Disturb' rooms
Ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned on time
Complete required Housekeeping paperwork

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience

Nice to have:

No supervisory experience required
