Housekeeping Cleaner

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens
• Maintain an organised cleaning cart and ensure all supplies are replenished as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries regarding cleanliness

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable
• Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning equipment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
