Job Description

The Housekeeping Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. The Housekeeping Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.

Job Responsibility

  • Service guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests
  • Responsible for overall comfort level of guests
  • Clean guest rooms according to Four Seasons Standards
  • Assist with cleaning residential units as well as guest rooms

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
  • Ability to clean guest rooms according to Four Seasons Standards
  • Ability to assist with cleaning residential units as well as guest rooms
  • Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to lift at least 40lbs
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years previous Housekeeping experience in a fast paced Hotel operation
  • Additional language a definite asset for career growth
  • Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
  • Previous residential or condominium cleaning preferred
  • Previous Housekeeping Experience preferred
