Job Description:

Working within our friendly and professional Housekeeping Department, this position reports to the Executive Housekeeper. The successful applicant will have a warm, people orientated demeanour, a team first attitude, attention to detail, and experience in a similar role within an International standard 4 or 5 star Hotel (desirable).

Job Responsibility:

Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
Make beds, remove dirty linens and room service items
Dust and polish walls and furnishings
Vacuum carpets and floor care duties
Ensure the guest's privacy is maintained at all times
Ability to work flexible rosters including weekends
Providing all guests at the resort with a superior, personalised and memorable experience by greeting and assisting guests with any query / requirements in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

A warm, people orientated demeanour
A team first attitude
Attention to detail
Experience in similar role within an International standard 4 or 5 star Hotel (desirable)
