As Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a refined and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring every guest room and public area reflects the exceptional standards of the St. Regis brand. More than maintaining cleanliness, you will contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences through attention to detail, care and a commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for a detail-driven and service-focused individual who takes pride in maintaining impeccable presentation standards within a luxury hospitality environment.
Job Responsibility
Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the highest standards
Ensure all guest rooms are fully replenished with amenities, linens and supplies
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping enquiries
Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas and equipment in a clean and organised manner
Follow all housekeeping procedures and brand presentation standards consistently
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns or damaged items promptly
Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a safe, clean and welcoming condition
Support deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as required
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations at all times
Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and other operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Uphold all health, safety and hygiene procedures and company policies
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to presentation and cleanliness standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
Good organisational and time-management skills
A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate operational needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional presentation and a positive, service-driven attitude
Physical capability to carry out the operational demands of the role
