Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas is proudly part of the Marriott International group. Working within our friendly and professional Housekeeping Department, this position reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

Job Responsibility:

Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
Make beds, remove dirty linens and room service items
Dust and polish walls and furnishings
Vacuum carpets and floor care duties
Ensure the guest's privacy is maintained at all times
Ability to work flexible rosters including weekends
Providing all guests at the resort with a superior, personalized and memorable experience by greeting and assisting guests with any query / requirements in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Warm, people-orientated demeanor
Team-first attitude
Attention to detail
Experience in a similar role within an international standard 4- or 5-star hotel (desirable)
Valid working rights to work in Australia
