Job Description:

With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on and detail orientated role. Making holiday memories, to ensure our guests have all the creature comforts and feel at home. This is a fantastic longer-term opportunity, offering approx. 25+ hours per week across 5 days. The roster will generally run from Sunday to Friday, though this may vary based on occupancy and seasonal demand. Shifts typically fall between 8:00am and 2:00pm, providing a great work-life balance. Please note, staff accommodation is not available, making this an ideal role for local candidates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas to ensure the presentation of the property is of a consistent standard
  • Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards
  • Complete linen changes, clean cabins, replenish stock and record items in rooms
  • Work as part of a great team, while also being able to work autonomously

Requirements:

  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
  • Housekeeping experience
  • Good time management and an eye for detail
  • An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations
  • Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
