Job Description:

Housekeeping Assistant role at Cromwell Court Care Home. Team members are the superheroes of the business, supporting residents and providing peace of mind to families. The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. The company is a family run business with 41 Care Homes across the UK, striving to provide an excellent standard of care with dignity and respect.

Job Responsibility:

  • Apply high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to resident’s homes and communal living spaces
  • Ensure linen is kept clean for residents’ comfort and hygiene
  • Identify potential fire and accident risks and work with other teams to reduce risks to resident’s safety
  • Provide some support with personal care needs
  • Help residents take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required
  • No qualifications required

  • Must pass an Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults
