We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Housekeeping & Reservations Supervisor to join our team at The newly refurbished Chalk Hare in Royston. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, and enjoys creating seamless guest experiences from booking to check-out.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee housekeeping operations
  • Manage reservations
  • Support the front-of-house team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter, bar staff, server or food and beverage supervisor, ideally at team leader level
