Job Description:

As a Housekeeping All-Rounder, you will uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality play a key role in delivering a comfortable, inviting environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, corridors, storage areas, and public spaces to the highest presentation and hygiene standards, ensuring all amenities and supplies are replenished correctly
  • supporting the housekeeping operation through linen distribution, stock control, laundry coordination, equipment maintenance, and assisting with heavy lifting tasks such as rollaway beds and cots
  • managing uniform operations including distribution, collection, laundering, minor repairs, inventory control, and coordinating with external laundry providers to ensure all uniforms are maintained to standard
  • following hotel procedures to ensure the safe handling of equipment, chemicals, keys, and guest property, while promptly reporting maintenance issues, lost property, or any safety concerns

Requirements:

  • A warm and caring personality
  • previous housekeeping experience preferred, particularly within a hotel environment
  • the ability to anticipate guest needs, maintain professionalism at all times, and deliver a welcoming and service-focused approach
  • exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all rooms and areas are presented to the highest standard
