Job Description:

The Housekeeping Aide is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, responding to guest requests, and ensuring adherence to company standards while fostering a welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
identify and report maintenance issues
deliver guest requests
set up furniture items
clean and store cleaning equipment
follow safety and security procedures
ensure personal appearance is professional
assist individuals with disabilities
anticipate and address guest needs
move, lift, carry, and push objects of varying weights.

Requirements:

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues
deliver guest requests and set up furniture items
remove items from hallways and transport to service areas
clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
follow company and safety policies and procedures
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
assist individuals with disabilities
move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects of varying weights
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
