Job Description:

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel, empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to create a great guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
Stocking carts
Cleaning rooms and public spaces
Maintaining clean and presentable hotel appearance
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Delivering The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards graciously and thoughtfully
Exemplifying Employee Promise, Credo and Service Values

Requirements:

Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions
Responsibility for maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
Able to move about space and do what needs to be done
Ensuring a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤50 pounds without assistance
