Job Description:

Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel while ensuring guests have a great experience. This includes a variety of housekeeping functions, safe workplace practices, and professionalism. The position requires physical activity and adherence to company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
ensuring spaces help create a great guest experience

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
must have driver’s license and clean driver’s record
